Service Description

Registered Dietitian since 2018 through the commission on dietetic registration, I have worked for the past 6 years with clients of all types- ranging from infants to older adults with a variety of goals from weight loss to disease management and healing. I use motivational interviewing to guide my clients to a better understanding of your own healing capabilities and to find the right nutrition plan unique to YOU. My nutrition services include 1:1 counseling, pantry makeovers, grocery store tours, and cooking demos.
